Adobe is expanding its professional tools to Slack, a popular communication and collaboration platform. With this integration, over 70 pro-grade tools across Adobe’s creative and productivity suite—including Firefly, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, Stock, and Lightroom—are now available directly in Slack with Adobe for Slack.

Now, creation can occur where collaboration occurs, without users having to exit Slack. The conduit is through Slackbot, Slack’s built-in AI assistant, where users describe what they want, and Slackbot routes the request to the right Adobe tools based on natural language prompts. The integration can also pull context from existing Slack conversations, files, channels, and Canvases, and the Adobe app can draw on that information as the user creates high-quality images, videos, documents, etc.

Users can opt to further refine their work by continuing the creative process in the Adobe creative apps.

Adobe for Slack is available for Slack Business+ and Enterprise+ customers across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
