The first annual Siggraph was held in Colorado (1974), and now, 50 years later, is returning to Denver, just about 30 miles from where it all began just north in Boulder. Siggraph 2024 will offer great views and Western spirit, along with cutting-edge graphics technology, upon which Siggraph was founded. A highlight this year is a fireside chat between keynote speakers Jensen Huang of Nvidia and Mark Zuckerberg of Meta. Nvidia’s reach will be noted throughout other areas of the conference as it expands its role there. Other renowned technologists will show us a tech-oriented future spanning various scales during their keynotes.
