Apple soon will be taking a huge bite out of the generative AI market with its take and implementation of the technology. At the Apple worldwide developers conference, company executives took turns introducing new features in many of its products. New operating systems were announced for most of the offerings, including the next-in-line macOS 15, which will be called Sequoia. But the big news is Apple’s generative AI implementation, called Apple Intelligence. And in true Apple fashion, it demonstrated practical applications using the technology. Smart move. No doubt everyone is now champing at the bit for this tech to become available this fall. And Siri also got a huge makeover; you’ll hardly recognize her now.
