GraphicSpeak’s sister site Jon Peddie Research puts Nvidia’s new RTX 5080 AIB to the test ’in its Mt. Tiburon Test Lab (MTTL) .

Nvidia has released the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 AIBs. Last week, GraphicSpeak’s sister site JPR conducted rigorous testing of the RTX 5090 in its Mt. Tiburon Test Lab (MTTL), the results of which can be found here. That was for JPR’s review of Nvidia’s new 5000-series add-in boards. Now, JPR’s MTTL has done the same with the RTX 5080, the replacement for the RTX 3080 Ti.

JPR’s MTTL pitted the RTX 5080 against the RTX 4080 Super and RTX 3080 Ti in a plethora of tests. The results are telling. JPR found the RTX 5080 to be a value, delivering state-of-the-art performance at an affordable price.
