CoreTechnologie and the software manufacturer Phasio have entered into a partnership and are introducing an automated solution for users of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technologies.

Sometimes two heads are better than one; the same can hold true for two companies. Recently, two software developers have joined forces, entering into a partnership to drive change in additive manufacturing. The agreement involves CoreTechnologie, which  develops 4D Additive 3D printing software, and Phasio, which offers calculation and workflow software specifically for 3D printing.

A by-product of the union is the introduction of an automated solution for Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technologies that provides an end-to-end solution for additive manufacturing.

Phasio’s AI-powered platform enables fast and accurate quotation generation, optimized production planning, and quality monitoring to simplify overall production management. 4D Additive’s advanced, AI-based nesting tools ensure optimal utilization of machine capacity, saving time and resources. Real-time updates in Phasio minimize manual intervention, reduce errors, and increase operational reliability.

According to the companies, combining Phasio’s software with CoreTechnologie’s 4D Additive software enables seamless, fully automated workflows in additive manufacturing, as production management, nesting, and real-time updates are integrated into a single, optimized process. This joint solution enables control over production processes, while automating repetitive tasks.

The collaboration increases efficiency, eliminates human error, and accelerates the scaling of production processes, revolutionizing SLS and MJF workflows, the companies said. They noted that saves time and process costs, and promises consistent quality and reliable data management throughout the entire workflow.
