At Adobe Max 2025, the company made a bevy of announcements, including a new partnership resulting in a new content creation space called Create for YouTube Shorts that would be coming soon to the Premiere mobile app. Well, “soon” has turned into “now.”
The integration brings pro-level video editing tools, AI sound effects, transitions, and templates directly to millions of YouTube creators. Creators can edit and publish Shorts seamlessly from within Premiere mobile, connecting Adobe’s AI workflows with YouTube’s global creator platform.
This new space has exclusive templates, transitions, and effects that make creating and instantly publishing content to YouTube Shorts intuitive.
Within the dedicated content creation space, creators can:
- Access exclusive effects, transitions, and title presets to make videos pop.
- Explore and customize ready-to-use templates with stand-out transitions and effects for polished content.
- Create and allow reuse of original templates to help inspire others and spark new YouTube trends.
- Share finished videos to YouTube Shorts in just a few taps.
Adobe says creators can also leverage the full power of Adobe Premiere mobile to create and edit videos, including:
- An unlimited, multi-track timeline that delivers precision, speed, and creative control.
- Studio-quality voice-over and dialog with Enhance Speech and perfectly timed AI sound elements created using their own voice with Generative Sound Effects, to make videos more engaging.
- Firefly-powered AI features to generate unique assets and elevate content.
