Digital Anarchy has launched updates to two of its more popular plug-ins for content creators—Beauty Box and Eff-It—adding a fresh face with one and removing fresh language with the other.

Beauty Box is a digital makeup tool that now contains new AI-based masks for digital makeup and skin retouching. New capabilities include shine removal, separate plug-ins for shine removal and retouching, skin smoothing tools, automatic masking, and faster rendering. Beauty Box AI is designed for Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Resolve, and Avid artists. New licenses cost $199; upgrade pricing is available as well. It is also available as part of Anarchy Cloud subscription.

Eff-It, a plug-in for Adobe Premiere Pro that was announced at NAB 2025 this past spring, is a brand-new tool that automatically cleans up bad (salty) language in any video. Following some re-writes, it now uses more of Premiere Pro’s native API, making it more intuitive and easier to use. A stand-alone license costs $99 or can be had as part of Anarchy Cloud yearly subscription.
