JPR’s sister site BabelTechReviews (BTR) recently set out to review Corsair’s 2x48GB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 Vengeance kit, intent on putting it through various benchmarks to see how well it performed, using its test PC (a 9950X3D/RTX 5090) for creative and AI tasks. Not only was BTR’s request for a test product answered, but the response was more, twice more, than expected, as BTR received two 2x48GB kits. The BTR review discusses how reviewer Mark Poppin dealt with this hiccup; it also provides  a look at his full test configuration and setup tech specs. Then there is the main attraction: the very extensive testing and results using the original system’s ASRock Taichi X870E motherboard versus a newly purchased Asus ROG Strix Gaming WiFi X870E-E and the MSI MPG X870E Carbon Gaming WiFi X870E, in an attempt to achieve the highest performance.

A battery of tests was performed using synthetic benchmarks and real-world benchmarks. See the results here.
