It’s only been about three months since Adobe’s Firefly Video Model went into public release, and already Adobe has some keen new updates that can help users up their creative game with improved motion accuracy and realism, easily generated audio and sound effects, and more, as well as functions that streamline user workflows.

New features include:
- Composition reference for video, whereby a user can upload a reference video, and Firefly will match the structure and flow to the new video generation.
- Style presets to instantly apply a visual style such as claymation, anime, 2D, or line art.
- Keyframe cropping to generate between first and last frame to match format with minimal editing.
- Generate Sound Effects for custom audio layering with precise timing.
- Text to avatar for creating videos with customized backdrops and visuals and featuring avatars reciting user-created scripts.
- Enhance Prompt for enhancing user inputs to achieve more refined results.
Adobe has also added more non-Adobe generative AI partner models into the Firefly ecosystem, with more on the horizon.
